When you choose to have me in your intimate space, you’re getting more than just a professional photographer. For me, birth work and all things that give women a sense of empowerment and celebration is an all-consuming passion and my greatest source of joy. I’ve always known that my mission was linked to a deeper purpose to building connection to a higher pursuit of ourselves. I’m driven by this light that’s alive inside of me for birth photography; this is something I was born to do.

The Birth Session Experience

Step 01 — Schedule your birth experience session.

If any of the above information resonates with you and you are ready to book your birth photography experience please click the booking button and it will direct you to an application form you can fill out. From there I will reach out either through text or email and we can hop on a brief introduction call to talk more about your birth plan. Once we connect and make sure we are a perfect fit for one another, I will send you over a customized proposal and confirm you are fully booked with me as your birth photographer.

Step 02 — Preparing for your session.

I am all about connection and comfortability. Birth is a sacred space just for the ones you love and support you. It is truly a moment of power and vulnerability wrapped into one unique empowering experience. In order to honor and celebrate you even more I like to take the extra step to meet with you in person and even get to know the birthing space. I want to meet your kiddos if you have anymore and the support people that will also be present. This is to enhance more comfortability and talk on a more personal level so there is no stress in your birth space.

I will continue to keep in touch via email or text through out our time together until active labor.

03 — Day of Birth

As your birth photographer I arrive in active labor. Depending on the birth client and progression of labor, I quietly come in and give a gentle wave or meet eyes to let you know I have arrived. I like to be as if a fly on the wall respecting the sacredness of your birth space and intimate setting. I like to observe quietly and snap in flow of documenting only when perceived needed. Once baby(ies) is Earth-side I stick around for up to 2 hours to continue to capture all of the fresh first moments of skin-to skin, first latch, cord cutting, measurements, and meeting the rest of the family if time permits.

04 — Deliverables

I like to not leave my birth clients waiting too long to see such an empowering transformation within themselves and baby so I give a sneak peak within a few days after birth through your password protected online gallery.

Within 10-14 business day you will receive your full gallery with 80+ photographer-chosen, print-ready in high resolution digital images delivered in the same password protected online gallery. You will also receive a unique slideshow with music that you can download and share on socials.

They will be delivered through email with an exclusive link and password only for you. This gallery will have photos + video slide show.

FAQs

  • Because of the the on-call life I book only a few births a month so I can hold space for my client(s) and do my job with a great mindset. I recommend you to reach out during your second trimester for earliest availability. If you are already in your third trimester and reading this that is ok just go ahead and fill the application and be prepared to book in full if we are a good fit.

  • Birth has no actual timeline. Baby comes when baby comes. In order for me to come and be there as best as I could I am available to work in The SF Valley, Pasadena, Glendale, Westlake, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Santa Clarita, Moorpark, Camarillo(if you do not see your city listed please reach out for more information}.

  • Great question! Fill out the form and I will go over all pricing information with your on your phone consulation.

  • I am fully vaccinated and boosted and can wear a mask at all times if preferred. I make sure to sanitize and disinfect anything I bring as well as my hands.
